Wall Street Journal Moves Away From Wall Street

Along with all the recent changes at the Wall Street Journal, Robert Murdoch will force the editorial staff to relocate to the company's headquarters in midtown Manhattan.
The move will include the Dow Jones Newswires editorial staff, currently located in Jersey City, New Jersey. With Rupert Murdoch's desire to radically change the editorial content to cover more general news and reduce article lengths, the physical move placing all reporters under one roof is the biggest signal to all, of the paper's move away from the Bancroft family's hands-off approach to management .

Murdoch's other assets, notably Barron's and Marketwatch.com the financial news website will also relocate to News Corp's headquarters.
