The British Bankers’ Association after saying there would be no changes to the London interbank offered rate have changed their minds and will institute the biggest change in 10 years.

The British Bankers Association on Friday have backed away from making changes to the London interbank offered rate and throwing the markets into further turmoil. 

The prospect of finding out whether LIBOR rates have been manipulated or downright false should make everyone run for the hills and stock up on canned Spam and bottled water.
